Make-ready work covers full interior repaints on rentals and resales between tenants or owners — walls, ceilings, and trim finished with a clean handoff so the property is ready to show or move into on schedule.
Referred by real estate agents
This kind of work is often the reason a real estate agent refers a client to us in the first place — getting a home ready to list, or freshly painted right after a purchase, on a schedule the sale or move-in date depends on.
One quote for the whole project
A renovation rarely means paint alone. Bundling paint, drywall repair, and flooring into one project and one quote means one crew and one schedule, instead of coordinating separate contractors for each trade.
Licensed and set up for turnover work
Vibrant Painting & Co. is a licensed South Carolina contractor (License # RBS.66933), serving Greenville and the Upstate. If your renovation includes flooring specifically, see our LVP Flooring and Epoxy Flake Flooring pages.

What Customers Say About Our Renovations & Make-Ready
★★★★★
“Absolutely amazing!! Our real estate agent suggested Jason and his team. One of our bathrooms needed significant patching — they took care of all of it and it looks gorgeous! He matched the white we already had so the rooms we didn't paint don't contrast. He was flexible on payment options and helped us stay in our budget. If you need ANY interior painting done, Vibrant Painting is the way to go. Run, don't walk!!”

FAQ
Renovations & Make-Ready Questions
Can you handle a full rental turnover on a tight schedule?
Yes — make-ready work is specifically built around fast turnarounds between tenants or before a resale.
Do you work with real estate agents preparing a home to list?
Yes, that's a common way clients find us — a referral from their agent ahead of listing or right after a purchase.
Can painting, drywall, and flooring all be quoted together?
Yes — that's the point of a renovation quote: one project, one crew, one schedule for every trade involved.
Do you do make-ready and renovation work outside Greenville?
Yes — Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Easley, and Spartanburg, South Carolina.
