Commercial GradeFull-broadcast epoxy flake over concrete — ground, patched, coated, and clear-sealed for spaces that take heavy traffic and wet cleaning.
Epoxy flake flooring starts with the concrete itself: it's ground down, patched where needed, then coated with a full broadcast of color flake and finished with a clear sealing topcoat. The result is a seamless, durable floor built to handle constant foot traffic and repeated wet cleaning — garages, shops, restrooms, and public-facing spaces.
This is work the City of Greenville has hired us for directly: public park restrooms taken from bare, stained concrete to a fully sealed flake floor, plus the corridors and entry vestibules connecting them. The floors are coated tight to wall panels and door thresholds, under partitions, and around floor drains — the detail work that has to be right in a space the public uses every day.
A public restroom or a busy commercial corridor gets cleaned with a hose and mop far more often than a household floor, and it can't be closed for a long cure process without a plan. Epoxy flake is built for exactly that kind of wear, which is why it's the floor we're asked for in facility and municipal settings rather than a typical home.
The same system works for a home garage or a shop floor that takes vehicle traffic, oil, and regular wear — ground, patched, coated, and sealed the same way as the commercial installs shown here.

Both. The system is the same either way — ground concrete, patched, flake broadcast, and clear-sealed — whether it's a home garage or a commercial corridor.

That's specifically what it's built for — it's sealed to handle constant foot traffic and repeated wet cleaning without breaking down.
